Ingredients Details

  • 250g potatoes
  • Appropriate amount of salt
  • Fresh soy sauce 10g
  • Right amount of sesame oil
  • a little pepper oil
  • Appropriate amount of chili oil
  • 2 shallots
  • Appropriate amount of cooked white sesame seeds

Method steps

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Rinse excess starch from potato chips with clean water.
  2. Cook in boiling water (about 2-3 minutes, depending on the thickness of the potato slices), but do not boil, remove when cooked.
  3. Let the potato slices cool and dry, add seasoning salt, fresh soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper oil, chili oil
  4. Finally, sprinkle chopped green onion and cooked white sesame seeds, mix well, the more you put it, the more fragrant it is, it is very delicious!
